Esta es una primera edicion creada por Peter Balin en 1976, el Xultún Tarot fue la primera de las barajas de tarot culturales o indígenas. Se basa en imágenes de la historia y de la cultura Maya y es también conocido como el Tarot Maya o el Libro de la Vida Maya .
Tomado de una sola pintura, es la única baraja de tarot donde los arcanos mayores forman una imagen completa. Esta imagen nos cuenta la historia del matrimonio del espíritu y la materia y lo que CG Jung llamó el proceso de individuación.

1st edition created by Peter Balin in 1976, the Xultún Tarot was the first of the cultural or indigenous tarot decks. It is based on images from Maya history and culture and is also know as the Maya Tarot or the Maya Book of Life.
Taken from a single painting, it is the only tarot deck where the major arcana form a complete picture. This picture tells the story of the marriage of spirit and matter and what C G Jung called the individuation process.
